Located on the outskirts of Hersonissos and nestled into the hillside is the Ktima Paspati estate, the perfect wedding venue with stunning views across the bay and surrounding countryside. Hersonissos is known for its popular sandy beaches, archaeological sites and vibrant nightlife, making it the perfect wedding destination, not to mention a great honeymoon location. The Coves of Hersonissos run along to the harbour with stunning beaches and calm waters with the Cape Sarandaris protecting them from the northwest winds. You can enjoy the many bars and nightclubs in the town or spend the evenings on the beach in the array of lively bars and restaurants whilst enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Take a walk through the gorges of the Avdou Valley or wander around the Lassithi plateau, famous for its windmills with white cloths. Hersonissos boasts the only golf course in Greece and is adorned with luxury hotels and fabulous restaurants.

The Panagia Mirtidiotissa Church is a traditional stone church where you can say "I do" whilst overlooking the crystal blue sea. After your ceremony, you can celebrate with your guests at the wedding reception, either on the beautiful lawn surrounded by pretty gardens which can hold up to 600 seated at round tables or in the main banqueting hall, which can hold up to 350 people. A DJ or Greek dancers can also be provided. The Ktima Paspati will cater to your needs by providing fresh and local produce based on traditional old recipes that will set your taste buds alight and can also organise a traditional Greek wedding cake. The staff will assist in managing the wedding style you desire, ensuring your day is perfect from start to finish.

1.Where is best in Greece for my wedding?

There is lots of choice in Greece from mainland to the islands.

2.Will they speak English?

As with most locations if the officient does not speak English they will have a translator for you.

3.Is my ceremony legal?

Yes it will be legal as long as you produce the correct paperwork, depending on where in Greece you choose you may have to go to the local town hall to complete the legal part of the ceremony but the symbolic ceremony can be done in the hotel.

4.Can you book all my guests?

Yes we can, let us know who you want to come and we will get it sorted for you.

To be able to marry in Greece you will need to be resident for between 7 and 8 days. You will require your full birth certificate and passport as well as other legal documentation depending on your previous marital status. You will require a certificate of no impediment from a solicitor. Once documentation has been obtained they must be sent to the Foreign Office to get an Apostile Stamp, All legal documentation required must be translated into Greek and legalised by the Greek Consulate. This procedure can take time so please make sure you allow plenty of time for this. All information is for guidance purposes and based on british passport holders, couples need to obtain and research there required documentation
