Halkidiki wedding FAQs

Like much of Greece, Halkidiki can get rather hot in the peak of Summer, especially if you’re wearing a suit or dress. As it’s a little further north, the temperature never gets unbearable. However, the best time to visit would be either in April, May or September, when the place is even quieter, and days are sunny and warm.
Halkidiki is split into three peninsulas – Kassandra, Sithonia and Mount Athos. We organise weddings in Kassandra, which is the most popular part of Halkidiki full stop. All three peninsulas are long and thin, meaning you’re never far from the beach. Our Halkidiki wedding venues are all within easy access of the gorgeous, turquoise waters – warm, clear and perfect for swimming or snorkelling in.
Relatively speaking, it is not expensive to get married in Halkidiki. Our ready-made packages here include everything you could want or need, including use of a beautiful traditional venue, food, cake, sound system and assistance for submitting relevant documentation. Flights to Halkidiki aren’t expensive, if booked a little out of season and in advance, plus the local food and drink is plentiful, affordable and delicious!
