This beautiful venue, consists of an old farmhouse converted into 4 apartments and 5 bedrooms. In the ancient Manor House there are now two spacious salons and a large terrace and the new Residence Quadrifoglio is located near the large pool, comprising of 10 beautiful apartments and 2 in a detached two floor small villa with panoramic views of the hills of Val d’Era. If your dream is to celebrate your Italian wedding in a typical Tuscan house with wonderful views, then this is the place.

Located in the heart of the gorgeous Tuscan countryside, it is situated 10 km from the towns of San Gimignano and Certaldo, and about 15 kms from Volterra and close to the cities of Florence, Siena, Pisa, Arezzo and Lucca. The countryside is so beautiful it has been the background for numerous films.

Buildings are surrounded by a park of over 8 hectares, all immersed among vineyards and olive trees. Aperitif can be served in the garden, whereas your beautiful ceremony and reception can take place outdoor in the peace and tranquillity of the immaculate gardens.. They also have plan b) if necessary, and after dinner party takes place in the veranda where there is a DJ station and professional lights or on the adjacent terrace.

As long as you have all the required documentation the process is fairly straight forward.

Legalities

To be able to marry in Italy you will need to be resident for 4 days. You will require your full birth certificate and passport as well as other legal documentation depending on your previous marital status. All information is for guidance purposes and based on british passport holders, couples need to obtain and research there required documentation
